Gray & Ductile Iron:

We can handle various iron casting requirements with our seven world class foundries in China. For high volume production, we can accommodate you on one of our several DISAMATIC or HUNTER fully automatic production lines. If its a low production part, we can utilize our Resin Sand Casting & Green Sand Castings lines. Investment casting process is also available. Our maximum casting weight is about 1,300 lbs. All castings conform to ASTM or AMS specifications as requested by our customer. Furthermore, most of our suppliers hold International Quality Certifications, including ISO 9002 and TÜV Certificates. Testing can include but is not limited to 100% X-Ray, Die Penetrant, and Visual Inspections.

Carbon & Alloy Steel:

We offer Carbon and Alloy Steel castings utilizing both the Resin Sand and Investment Casting processes. Our partners can pour the vast majority of Carbon and Alloys found in ASTM and other International Standards. Alloys like WCC, WCB, 10XX Series, 4100, 4300, and 8600 series are common requests we have fulfilled. All casting will conform to the relevant ASTM or AMS specifications as requested by our customer. Furthermore, we can supply any testing procedures required by the customer. Inspections include but are not limited to 100% X-Ray, Die Penetrant, and visual inspections. With all of our products, we can include machining, Heat Treating, Carborizing and coating and other process and services as required by the customer.

We can supply Carbon and Alloy Investment Castings up to 175 lbs. (79.5 kg.) All standard Investment Casting tolerances of ± 0.007” / inch apply. Tighter tolerances can be held in certain applications. Our ability to Investment Cast large pieces enables our customers to switch from the loose tolerance / rough surface finish of their current sand castings, to our tighter tolerance / smoother finish Investment Castings, enabling savings in material and machining costs. For your R&D projects, we off Rapid Prototyping for all Investment Casting projects.

We can supply Carbon Steel and Alloy–Heat-resistant Sand Castings up to 5,500 lbs. In-process control mechanisms confirm chemical analysis before the material is poured.

Stainless Steel:

Utilizing investment casting and sand casting process, can pour the vast majority of Stainless Steels found in ASTM and other International Standards. Typical materials include 300 series, 400 series, PH grade, as well as High Heat and Wear Resistant alloys like “HH”, HK”, and “HT”. Furthermore, we can supply any testing procedures required by the customer. Inspections include but are not limited to 100% X-Ray, Die Penetrant, and visual inspections. With all of our products, we can include machining, Heat Treating and coating and other process and services as required by the customer.

Bronze & Copper:

We currently supply Bronze Investment Castings , Permanent Mold, and Resin-coated sand bronze castings from several high quality partners in China. Our sources come from aerospace manufacturing backgrounds, and follows the quality and delivery requirements of US and Canadian customers. Furthermore, we can supply any testing procedures required by the customer. Inspections include but are not limited to 100% X-Ray, Die Penetrant, and visual inspections. With all of our products, we can include machining, Heat Treating and coating and other process and services as required by the customer.

Aluminum:

For all your Aluminum casting needs. we will help you select the ideal process. Permanent Mold castings, Die casting, Resin Sand and investment casting are typically used for low to mid volume productions while Conventional Die casting is available for high volume productions, near net shape, and smooth surface finishes. All casting will conform to their relevant ASTM or AMS specifications as requested. Furthermore, we can supply any testing procedures required by the customer. Inspections include but are not limited to 100% X-Ray, Die Penetrant, and visual inspections.
